Currently when a customer checks in for a paid booking, I have to go to the Orders page and fulfill it. Ideally, this could be automatically fulfilled when I check in the customer.
Feature Proposal: When I click "Check In" on a customer booking in the app, it would automatically fulfill the corresponding Shopify Order
It would be very useful to be able to view attendees of previous booking. We like to send a follow-up email to folks who have attended our events (with a PDF attachment, so this can't be sent automatically through your app, we must do it manually), but currently we can only view the up-coming bookings. There's no way to look back on who has attended previous events on the basic plan version (not pro version as I realise this may already be a feature there).
Part of driving engagement with a service can be the reassurance that people have used it before you. Currently, you can display sold out days, and have them marked as sold out, but you cannot show sold out timeslots.
If you were to introduce sold out timeslots as a feature, it would help us display to the public how much demand there is, and in turn create both a reassurance that other people are booking the event, and also develop a slight 'fear of missing out' effect.
I believe this would greatly help drive uptake of events.
If you are selling classes, for example, have there be an option where a customer can purchase at 10 class pack. This way instead of paying per class, it would just be taken off their "class pack". The class packs could be offered at a better price. So, if you are selling classes at 25 euros per class, you could offer 10 class packs for 200 euros. This way the customer can save money pre purchasing classes in bulk and make reservations a little easier.
If a customer selects a timeslot and changes their mind, other customers have to wait 15 minutes before that slot is able to be booked. Please add an option allowing merchants to choose how long a slot can be reserved (ex: 5/10 minutes)
I know there is now a waiting list, I activated it but it doesn't work at all for us so I thought I'd make a post about how we would need it to work. I know this won't work for everyone.
Currently the customer can say what time they'd prefer and that's too random for us, we'd need it only for the available times., and without us needing to action anything.
We'd need:
* Sold out slots showing
* Clear wait list button next to it
* Auto email / text to people when slot becomes available

A waitlist is created for a full event. If a cancelation occurs, we can add waitlisted customers to the event/contact them to see if they still want the spot.
For websites using more than one language, it would be great if a customer using the Spanish version of the website, for example, could view the calendar and receive confirmation emails in Spanish.
The "View bookings" tile currently requires staff to select a search filter (Booking ID, First Name, or Last Name), then type and search, before viewing the specific related result. While this works well for looking up specific bookings, it doesn't align with the fast-paced reality of retail operations where teams need instant visibility of who's expected throughout the day.
This creates friction during checkout and forces staff to either search for info or ask the customer.
Proposed Enhancement:
1. Default View: Today's Live Booking List
- Display all current day bookings immediately upon opening
- Fulfilled appointments greyed out or hidden (user configurable?)
- Instant situational awareness for the entire team
2. Dynamic Search Bar (top of screen)
- Type any information: name, phone, email, partial matches
- Live filtering as you type, no "search" button needed
- Seamless transition between browsing and searching
3. Optional: Today/Upcoming Tabs
- "Today" tab as default view
- "Upcoming Days" tab for planning ahead
In retail environments with bookings, this view is opened dozens of times per day. Staff need to quickly match walk-ins to appointments, prepare for arrivals, and process checkouts efficiently. A list-first approach would dramatically improve operational flow and reduce customer wait times.
This enhancement would make the POS booking tile indispensable for daily operations instead of just a lookup tool. We believe this represents a significant opportunity to better serve retail businesses managing appointments.
Therapy sessions with clients are always done in a series and with very particular progressions depending on what the are initially presenting with. Therefore I would need to able to view all past sessions for any given client. I would also need to be able to record client specific data concerning session notes that are easily accessible.
Certain details, such as event number, time zone, team member and end time, are irrelevant to our business and appear cluttered in cart. The only things that need to be shown for us are the date, time, and variants/options selected. Please make it where we can omit certain details so that the relevant ones are easily noticed.
Being able to see an overview on the dashboard instead of asking to review the app and lots of other windows showing would be better. Or at least clicking on bookings to have a default snapshot of your bookings would be great.
I need to create 10+ availabilities with the same times and email addresses. It would be great to have a Duplicate Availability feature rather than creating each availability manually and entering the same dates/time over again.
This would be particularly helpful for customers when booking subscription appointments. Ex: The confirmation email would show the appointment details for the appt they just booked, in addition to the dates/times of the other appointments as part of the subscription
If possible, it would be great to be able to customise the text on the waitlist email. Just a few simple edits to the text. Some of the words such as "session" are a little too generic for my business. It would be fab to also place a logo at the top. Thanks!
So that customers don't have to select it. For example, I'd like to use Easy appointment for the confirmation emails going out to people who RSVP for a one-day holiday party that I'm hosting.
Please make it possible to select a time when adding the event item to the cart through Shopify POS so we can take payment and create the booking all at once.
Context: Oftentimes, I have to cancel appointments due to weather. These are single appointments customers purchased (not packages/subscriptions).
When I cancel the appointment, the customer has to purchase another appointment again.
Ideal flow: In the cancellation email, there is a link from EAB to reschedule their appointment.
It would be great to receive an email when someone adds themselves to the waitlist. Currently have to go and check the waitlist in case of appointments.
Our business takes deposits for bookings to deter no-shows and late cancellations, but we really wish the booking app would take card information and only charge if the customer no-shows or cancels with less than 24hrs notice. As things stand, customers complete two transactions (one when checking out online for a deposit for their appointment) and again when they fully check out in person. This results in our business spending extra in transaction fees (mainly in the +$0.30/transaction). While $0.30 seems small, it adds up with hundreds/thousands of customers. This could be a huge savings to our business, but the deposit has significantly decreased our no-show rate.
After an event, it would be great if we could add a link to review. Currently, the process is tricky as the email editing can be cumbersome. Ideally, there is a place to add a link and a button that asks the customer to "Leave a Review"
When rescheduling bookings there is no indication if the rescheduled booking would create a conflict with an existing booking or a blackout. Please give us a warning or not allow us to double book a rescheduled appointment.
We'd love a way to edit the customers contact information after the booking (example = I can't add or update the customers name, email or phone in the Easy Appt App once the booking is in place). Same with the Shopify Order if added separately.
If a member of staff wants to take chunks of time off you currently have to enter each away date one day at a time. Can it be possible to select a date range for holidays which then greys out the dates on the booking system?
Would be great if you could filter the POS check in feature by date. It's often difficult to find a customer's name or make them spell it out, or don't remember whose name it was booked under, so would be great if you could just see everyone due for check-in now -- either seeing all upcoming events sorted by date/time or at least able to be filtered by today's date so you could see them and choose the correct booking. "Well it's 4pm, do you think it might be under Sarah, Ahmed or Yolanda?"
