Every booking — whether made by a customer online or added by you manually — appears in the Bookings tab of Easy Appointment Booking. This article covers how to find, view, and understand your bookings.

Getting to the Bookings tab

From your Shopify Admin, open Easy Appointment Booking, then click Bookings in the left navigation.

Views available in the Bookings tab

The Bookings tab offers several views depending on what question you are trying to answer.

List view

The default view shows all your bookings in a sortable table. Bookings are sorted from earliest to latest by default.

What you can do here:

  • Search by customer name or customer ID.
  • Filter by service to narrow down to a specific offering.
  • Click any booking row to open the detailed booking view.

Detailed booking view

Click the date/time link in the Date/Time column to open a full view of a single booking. Here you can see:

  • Customer name, email, and phone number (and whether they are a first-time or returning customer).
  • The linked Shopify order and any associated discount codes.
  • Answers to intake questions (custom fields).
  • Internal notes.

Customer profile view

From the list view, click a customer's name (not the date/time) to open their profile. This shows:

  • Their full booking history with you.
  • Total revenue from that customer.
  • Upcoming bookings.

This helps you spot loyal customers and understand your most valuable relationships at a glance.

Agenda view

The Agenda view answers: "How busy am I over the next few days or weeks?" You can filter by service and by availability (team member schedule) to see upcoming capacity at a glance.

Calendar view

The Calendar view shows bookings for today, this week, or this month across all services and team members — like a traditional calendar. Use this to spot open time and busy periods.

Team Member view

The Team Member view answers: "What timeslots are remaining for this schedule?" and "Is this staff member fully booked?" Use it to check capacity by individual team member.

Understanding booking statuses

Each booking carries a status that tells you where it stands:

StatusWhat it means
ConfirmedBooking is active. Payment was received (for paid bookings) or the booking was added manually.
PendingBooking exists but payment has not been confirmed yet (e.g. bank transfer pending).
CancelledThe booking was cancelled by the customer or by you.

You can check the notification history for any booking directly from the list view — scroll right to the Notifications column to see every email and SMS sent for that booking.

Exporting bookings

To export a CSV of your bookings:

  1. Go to BookingsExport tab.
  2. Choose your date range.
  3. Click Export.

A CSV file will download with full booking details. You can also export a list of customers by service.
