We would like to implement various booking / cost options within the same connected calendar i.e. we offer a maximum of three spots at our facility, so one person could pick one session option and two people could pick a different session option, filling up all three spots if various booking types could be connected on the same schedule. Not sure if possible but would be handy!
Specifically, the color of the events on the calendar
set the number of participants per specific event date, rather than a fixed limit across the entire event. Our client have need to be able to have for the same event the possibility to manage the number of attendees per date because it can be different
I use this app for my tattoo booking system - I have had to make duplicate events so I can link to different variants from other products, when they would be the exact same time and place to book to. I will eventually run out of events allowed to make because of all my variants
Customers purchase their appt via Shopify Checkout. When an order is refunded or cancelled via Shopify Orders, EAB should automatically cancel the appointment(s) in the order.
It would be useful to choose the age of each participant all at once, so not to have to add the same event more than once for each age group. An example in the attachment. Thanks!
I want a report that shows the following for customers that waitlisted: Customers name, contact info Date they waitlisted for Date they registered on the waitlist This will help inform my planning for the following year.
Currently the "Book Now" widget does not have any capability to customize the order in which the events show up. Our most popular event is at the very bottom and I would love to be able to rearrange the event listings on the widget to customize what the consumer sees. Also, the ability to customize the text and images in the widget would be wonderful, but is secondary to the listing order
A very important feature for us is the ability to set a cut-off time to receive bookings. We are in the restaurant business and have set our availability from 11:00 AM to 8:15 PM. However, we would like to stop taking bookings for the whole day at 4:00 PM because our venues struggle to keep track of bookings during the busy dinner service. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
I would like to send follow up messages to clients manually as well as automatically. A great tool would be to manually push an end of event message. Being able to choose when and to whom is important...automation suggests there is also a manual method to do same?
to make the workflow faster for manual bookings it would be helpful to have a "manual booking" button on the bookings page. Then with an option to be able to select the event and the customer from a dropdown.
Access to API for custom app integrations or integration with Stripe
Link {{event_notes}} information to Shopify Order confirmation email Ex: The physiotherapist license number is listed in {{event_notes}} and we want it to appear in the Shopify Order confirmation email
Original Canny title: Each booked attendee to be deducted from a subscription limit (to set payment for attendee rather than payment for a booking) We are setting a reservation system for a child group. We have multiple attendee activity and need a parent to book for e.g 1 child/attendee or 2 children/attendees. When a subscription is sold with a limited number of booking (e.g. 20) for an activity with e.g. 10 max attendees, we need that the 20 limit applies on number of attendees rather than on number of booked timeslots. Current feature: subscription for 20 bookings (for an activity available to 10 attendees) allows one subscriber to book 20 timeslots for up to 10 attendees each. Hence the subscriber pays for 20 bookings (and we expect 20 time slots with 1 attendee - the price of the subscription is set accordingly), but the system allows to book up to 200 attendees (subscription limit multiplied by attendee limit). Request: to match subscriptions limit with number of maximum of attendees available for the subscriber. Practical use: Via subscription, a parent with e.g. 2 children would pay for 20 entrances to an activity and could "consume" these 20 entrances (attendees) in selected time slots (e.g. could book activity 20 times for 1 attendee or 10 times for 2 attendees). Hence the system would allow to set a price per attendee rather than per number of time slots. [ALTERNATIVE/WORKAROUND REQUEST: to set a maximal limit of attendees for each booking/timeslot in a multiple attendee activity - this would ensure that one booking in a subscription = one paid attendee (the app allows booking of the same timeslot, hence the parent with 2 children would need to book for the same time slot twice in which case the subscription limit is correctly deducted by 2 bookings)].
Would be great to be able to sort the waitlist by requested time - unless it is already possible and I just don't get it. Right now only see the requests in chronological order. We'd love to be able to see where the demand is greatest so that we can consider adding additional events to accommodate.
Combined Seat on Team Portal: Edit Multiple Availabilities linked to 1 seat
Currently, customers can select any date/time to be waitlisted for which isn't very helpful
like the Calendly invites where it says click here to modify or cancel, rather than outright deleting the invite
Create a feature for an SMS text to be sent to those on the waitlist, if an appointment becomes available
Integrate the customer checkout flow on POS
Custom fields changes in google calender when you change them in servicify
Cart validation would reduce double-bookings and stop people from accidently booking the same slot twice (I had that happen today and had to issue a refund) I do not, however, want to enable reserving timeslots for a hour. Cart validation should work without having to do so.
When someone makes a booking without checkout, it would be great if it was possible to import data (name, surname, email, phone) directly into customers in shopify.

Allow calendars to be Monday - Sunday or Sunday - Saturday
We book our paid appointments through the POS system, but our intake questions are not accessible there. If we book appointments through the portal instead, we are unable to charge clients for the appointment. This creates a significant challenge when it comes to upselling clients to paid appointments. Even when clients call to book, it is difficult for our staff to collect all the necessary information and navigate the process, as it is unclear when to use the portal versus the POS. We need a more streamlined process that allows us to collect intake information and charge clients for appointments within the same system. The current setup is confusing for our staff and creates unnecessary barriers to converting clients to paid appointments.
Currently, customers can cancel package appointments up to one hour before their session, receive the session credit back automatically, and rebook for another time. We’d prefer to allow cancellations right up until the appointment starts, as this frees up the spot for another customer. However, we’d like a separate cutoff for returning package credits. Would it be possible to add a package-specific override so that cancellations within 12 or 24 hours of the appointment still release the spot, but don’t automatically return the session credit?
Bonjour It should be possible to add Setup Intake questions below the customer information, so that we can request additional personal information from the customer when they fill out the form.
Language support for Traditional Chinese would be great.
I would love to be able to switch the staff conducting the appointment without having to cancel and rebook (we charge for bookings, so that would create a lot of client friction). To serve the client more effectively, when one of my staff members is running late and another finishes early, we take the next client instead of keeping the client waiting and having staff idle. My suggestion: on the appointment detail page, where the staff name is listed, there would be a dropdown menu showing the availability for that type of appointment.
we have many kinds of accounts for our site. like 'professionals', 'students', 'international'... and we have events for each specific group and dont want everyone who can access the site to be able to access all events so it would be useful to be able to assign account types (or customer tags) to an even so when they are logged in they only see events that apply to them i think we can make it so we only show the product page for the event to certain account types but it would be great to be able to do it in the app/

Problem: When the calendar is set to display all events, but all events have start dates in the future, the calendar still opens on the current month where there are no events. For example, if it is October 2026 and the first available event starts in March 2027, the customer sees an empty October calendar and has to click through several months to find the event. Request: When displaying all events, could the calendar automatically open on the first month that contains an active event, rather than the current month? This would make future events much easier for customers to find.
It would be really helpful to have an option for scheduled events to automatically appear in my connected calendar before anyone books. That way, I can keep those times free for bookings and avoid accidentally double-booking myself. At the moment I add them manually, which takes extra time and always leaves room for error! Thanks so much, Jude

We need to change it ASAP. Our customers think that they are the only person getting the email and therefore don't understand why they can't book the spots when they go online. When, in fact, the email is going out to 100 people. So now we are trying to manage hundreds of emails and phone calls explaining this.

Currently when you select multiple availabilities for an event, it shows up as options with an "OR" function. So if I have Availability A and Availability B on an event... It will show both options when both are available (OR) It will show A when B is unavailable and vise versa (OR) But we cannot select an AND option for availability so it *only* shows when all are available (ie. if A or B are sold out, you CANNOT get the event because it requires both to be available to be booked -- A *AND* B must be available to be bookable) Where the rest of the logic is already there, I imagine this could be an added checkbox to the availability section.
I want to confirm/approve the booking first before it is sent to the customers.
In-app notifications regarding new bookings, rescheduled bookings or cancelled bookings will be helpful, as not all team members have access to the email at all times. We have our own shared calendar outside of Shopify, and having to trace and track each booking email can be quite messy and even confusing at times (we may even miss certain ones). Rather than email notifications, in-app notifications can be accessed better and more easier for all admins.
If a business offers multiple events and wants to update multiple experience availabilities at once, it would be great to be able to do this only once. Like having a master calendar that all the others sit in. E.g Time blocking for Xmas shut downs
Display the event time directly within a multi-event calendar when you click on a specific event.
I have 2 locations, and would like to add separate Multi- Event calendars per location.
We have a 48 hour reschedule policy, and a 10 day cancellation policy. At the moment, a customer can reschedule an appointment to more than 10 days away and then cancel it. There should be an option to not allow cancellations for rescheduled bookings.
Show on the Intake Questions tab whether each question is assigned to an active product/event, so you can quickly identify those that are no longer being used and can be deleted.
Be able to have the option to auto-fill bookings that do not need checkout (free bookings) when customers are logged in
