Availability tells the app when you are open for bookings. Every service must be assigned at least one availability — without it, no time slots appear on your product page. You can create multiple availabilities to represent different staff members, rooms, or locations, and assign them to services individually.
Setting your available days and hours
- In the app, go to the Availabilities tab.
- Click Set Schedule next to the availability you want to edit (or click Create New Availability if this is your first one).
- Under Weekly Schedule, toggle on the days you are available.
- Set a Start Time and End Time for each active day.
- To copy the same hours to other days, use the Copy to option next to any day.
- Click Save Changes.
Need a lunch break or gap mid-day? Add two separate time intervals for the same day — for example, 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00. The app won't generate slots during the gap.
How time slots are generated
The app combines your availability window with the service duration to build the list of bookable slots.
Example: Availability is 9:00–12:00, service duration is 60 minutes → slots appear at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00.
If you want to offer fixed, non-regular slots (for example, 10:00–10:45 and 10:45–11:30), add each start time as a separate interval in the weekly schedule instead of using a continuous window.
When a customer books a slot, it is removed from the calendar for every other service that shares the same availability. This prevents double bookings automatically — you never need to update multiple calendars.
If your service duration is longer than the availability window, no slots will appear. For example, a 60-minute service with a 30-minute availability window produces zero slots. Either shorten the duration or extend the availability hours.
Blocking off specific dates
Use specific date overrides to block holidays, vacations, or any one-off closures.
- Go to Availabilities > Set Schedule.
- Scroll down to the Specific Date Schedules section.
- Click Select a date or date range.
- Choose the date or range you want to block.
- Leave Start Time and End Time blank to block the entire day.
- To be available on a day you are normally closed, enter a Start and End Time instead.
- Click Apply Schedule, then Save Changes.
To remove a block, find the entry under Specific Date Schedules and delete it.
You can also block time by connecting Google Calendar. Any event on your Google Calendar will automatically remove the corresponding slot from your booking page. See Google Calendar integration to set this up.
Assigning an availability to a service
An availability has no effect until it is assigned to at least one service.
- Go to the service you want to update and click Edit.
- Open the Availability tab.
- Under Availability for this event, click Assign Availability and choose the schedule.
- Click Save.
You can assign multiple availabilities to a single service. If those availabilities overlap in time, the service can accept more than one simultaneous booking during that window.
