Before you set it up
- A booking is one date. A weekly lesson for a whole term is a package the student books week by week.
- Ask for the student's name and age with an intake question, because a parent often books for a child.

Can a parent book lessons for two children?
Yes. Each child is a separate booking. Ask for the student's name with an intake question so the teacher knows who is coming.
Can I block a teacher's time off?
Yes. A date override on the teacher's schedule closes those days. On the Pro plan and higher, a busy event in their connected Google Calendar closes those times too.
Can I sell a trial lesson for free?
Yes. Make a short free booking, such as a 20-minute trial. It is a good way to sell the first lesson pack.
