Before you set it up
- Monthly memberships that bill again each month need a subscription app. A package is paid once.
- Capacity is per teacher. Two teachers on one class with 20 spots each make 40 spots.
- Close a class on a holiday with a blackout date or a date override, not by editing the weekly hours.
Common questions
Can members see how many spots are left?
Yes. Each time can show the spots left, such as 4 / 20 available.
Can one class pass work for several class types?
Yes. When you create the package, choose every class it can book.
Can I run online classes too?
Yes. Set the class location to Zoom or Google Meet and every booking gets the meeting link in its emails. Everyone booked into the same class shares one meeting. This needs the Pro plan or higher.
