Bridal appointment booking for Shopify boutiques
A bridal appointment is where a wedding dress is sold, so the booking should be as easy as the browsing. With a booking app on your Shopify store, a bride picks a time on the dress page or your appointments page, tells you her wedding date, budget, and party size, and gets a confirmation and a reminder. You see who is coming and what she is looking for before she arrives.

What you need from booking
The right questions
Wedding date, budget, size, style, and how many guests come with her.
A stylist for each bride
Each stylist has their own hours, and some brides ask for one by name.
Fewer no-shows
An empty 90-minute fitting room on a Saturday is the most costly hour of the week.
Different appointment types
First visit, second look, fittings, and bridesmaid appointments all take different times.
An example setup
Three services that show how the pieces fit. Change the names, lengths, and prices to your own.
| Service | Length | Capacity | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bridal appointment | 90 min | 1 bride + up to 4 guests | $50 fee, credited later |
| Second look | 60 min | 1 bride + up to 4 guests | Free |
| Bridesmaid appointment | 60 min | Up to 6 people | Free |
Each stylist is an availability, and all three services share them, so no stylist is booked twice. The bridal appointment takes a small fee that you take off the dress price later. The second look is a free booking, so the bride books with only her name and email.

Before you set it up
- Guests who come with the bride should not each take a time. Use Maximum Attendees per Booking with Fixed Price Booking, so the party books as one.
- Do not ask for payment details in intake questions. Shopify checkout handles payment.
- A booking fee credited to the dress is a discount code you give after the visit. The app does not apply it for you.
Common questions
Can brides book without paying?
Yes. Free booking takes only a name, an email, and your questions. To charge for your busiest days, make a separate paid service for them.
Can I show a booking button on every dress?
Yes. A Book now button can sit on any page, or in the corner of every page, and open your appointment calendar.
Can staff see their own bookings without Shopify access?
Yes. The Team Portal lets each stylist see and manage their bookings on a separate website. Logins cost extra per person.
