Export future bookings

Our accountant is in the habit of deferring the revenue for the month for classes sold in an upcoming month. For example, if you make a purchase in May for a class held in June, that booking should be considered deferred revenue when closing the books in May. Now that we are using your app, we are finding it painful to export one month at a time for the next 10 months. Please add a way to export all upcoming bookings, either starting from the current day or from a day you specify in a calendar widget.

Same link for group events, different every sessions

As of today, zoom links are created for every new booking, even on the same event. It means we cannot invite users to the same zoom event, zoom links are re-created each time a new booking is made. I know we can copy-paste a permanent link, but I would like to be able to recreate a new zoom link per session, not per user. I want a session to have a unique zoom link, same for every new booking, but changes for the next event so users are only invited to the one they booked.

Sync blocked-out days on EAB calendar with Google Calendar

Max showed me how to block out days (make them unavailable) on my Easy Appointment Booking (EAB) calendar. My EAB calendar is set up to sync booked events with my Google calendar, but the blocked out days on my EAB calendar do not sync or show up on my Google calendar. I asked Max how can I make blocked-out days on my EAB calendar sync and show up on my Google calendar? Max said, blocked or unavailable days set within your EAB calendar (Availability) won’t appear on my Google Calendar. The sync works one way - EAB sends booked appointments to Google Calendar, but availability or blocked time set inside EAB is only reflected within your store’s booking calendar. If you’d like those blocked days to appear in your Google Calendar as well, you would need to add them manually as events (for example, marking them as “busy”) directly in Google Calendar. Instead of having to block out unavailable times both in your app and manually on my Google calendar, I'd like to make a feature request that the Easy Appointment Booking app automatically makes blocked-out time / unavailable time slots and days on users' EAB calendar also sync with their Google Calendar. Syncing with Google Calendar works great for EAB events, why not make it work for blocked-out / unavailable days as well? Automation is always better than manual labor! EAB is an awesome app, keep making it even better with helpful features like this! Thanks! ~ Chris Lucas, Bike Different Shopify Store

Display a different maximum capacity than bookable spots

I'd like to have the possibility to show more places than available. Here is an exemple : I have events that host 12 persons, but 6 spots are blocked for regulars every single event. As of now, I do not have any other choice but put 6 open spots in the app, so customers see 6/6 spots available. I would love if they saw 6/12 spots available. Maybe just add a field somewhere that overwrites the "maximum spots" number... Thank you!

Notify Event Organizer with Text Message when Customers Book Events

The Easy Appointment Booking app only sends text/SMS message appointment notifications to customers when customers book appointments, but not to event organizers or admins. I use the app to book appointments for test rides on bicycles in our bike shop. I'd like to allow customers book appointments up to 1 hour before their scheduled appointment, but if I gave them that option to book appointments so close to the appointment time, I can't check my email for booking notifications all day long, I would need your app to send text message notifications to my smartphone whenever someone books an appointment. Your app does not send text message notifications to the event organizer whenever someone books an appointment, but this is a vitally important feature you must add to the app for those of us who take appointments very close to, or even up to the time of the appointment. Please add this feature to your app to send text/SMS message appointment notifications to event organizers immediately, whenever someone books an appointment with your app. Thanks!

"Create an Event, Appointment, or Book a Reservation" instead of just "Create an Event"

After installing Easy Appointment Booking on my Shopify store, the only option available is "Create an Event". I'm using the app to book appointments for test ride bikes at our bike store. I recommend you change "Create an Event" to include other names for bookings, like "Create an Event, Appointment, or Book a Reservation", which covers more types of bookings used by many businesses other than just events. You book an appointment to see a doctor, you book a reservation for dinner at a restaurant, etc. You get the idea.

Branded Invitations/Event Flyers Upon Booking

One of our events is a cake-decorating party. I would pay extra to have EAP automatically pull info from the event's intake questions, auto fill a branded invitation, and attach that invitation to the booking confirmation email as a PDF/png that customer can download and send to their guests. This would be valuable to the customer, while allowing us to convey important info about parties at Cake Hoopla and promote our brand.

Gym Aggregator Integrations

As a boutique fitness studio using Easy Appointment Booking on Shopify, our ability to scale is currently capped by a lack of integration with major fitness aggregators (Urban Sports Club, classpass). Currently, fitness aggregators require partners to use software that supports their API to: Sync Schedules: Automatically display our class times and availability on their platform. Manage Bookings: Allow their members to book spots in our classes directly through their app. Validate Check-ins: Ensure seamless member verification upon arrival. Without this integration, we are forced to either manage two separate schedules manually (which leads to overbooking) or switch to a competitor's booking software plus switch to something different than shopify. For a gym with limited marketing resources, missing out on the USC/OneFit user base is a significant existential disadvantage. The "Fitness & Wellness" vertical on Shopify is growing rapidly. Many studios prefer staying within the Shopify ecosystem for their POS and merchandise but are forced to leave for specialized platforms (like Mindbody or Eversports) solely because of these aggregator integrations. Adding this feature would make your app the go-to solution for Shopify-based gyms in the EU and beyond.

Create a time allocated 70 hours package (eg)

I would like to be able to create a package that's built around time we have a 70 hour Doggie Day Care Package and I'd like to be able to let our customers book online and count the hours down automatically but I would like it to have an additional feature for we can allocate double hours for example if our customers come before opening hours which is normally 10 to 6 if they come at 9 am, we take double the hours. Then they can be sent an update of how many hours they have left per week and then prompting them to buy a new package when they get down to their final five hours this would be amazing. Also another feature would be if we can set up public holidays at double time as well.

Feature Request: Service Area Validation / Heat Mapping

In conjunction with the Address Validation function should be the ability to set Service Areas and conditions for working outside of a set Service Area. Think: SERVICE AREA HEAT MAPPING EXAMPLE: I operate a mobile service-based business in the Northern region of a city's metro area. I am able to service the 4 counties within the closest proximity to my location before the travel time requirement makes my service pricing obsolete. There are 12 counties across my whole region that I would like to service, or would like to assign employees or contractors to service. RECOMMENDATIONS: • SERVICE AREA VALIDATION OPTIONS I would like the ability to set service area based on: 1) General Proximity: A service area based on the distance / proximity from a location point / address that I choose. 2) County: A service area based on a set of State Counties that I choose. 3) Zip Code: A service area based on a set of Zip Codes that I choose. + An option to set additional distance / proximity to County & Zip Code service areas. • FUNCTIONALITY OPTIONS These function options would allow me to create additional logic to my Service Area Validation Options: 1) Service Area Blocking: - The ability to block services from being booked outside of my selected Service Area. - The client attempting to book the service would see an error message: Either a standard error message, OR a message that I can customize, such as a prompt for the client to email or call my business to book or for more information. 2) Service Area Up-charging: - The ability to set service / travel fees that automatically apply based on proximity to a set service area. - This should be able to be set based on General Proximity, County, or Zip Code. - The ability to set multiple proximity zones and assign additional "Service Fees" associated with each. This would allow for a business to charge appropriately for travel time, if they desire. 3) Multiple Service Hubs: - The ability to add multiple service hub locations, with their own individual Service Area Validation Options and Functionalities; This could be for a business with multiple locations, in based on locations of employees or contractors who service certain locations or regions.

Feature request: Use Collections for upsell products

For the upsell products it might be more robust and user friendly to use collections instead of individual products for the upsells. When changing anything related to upsells that are used in multiple events you're required to manually change it for every event. This is repetitive and prone to errors where one uses a different order or forgets to add a product. If for each event you can select a collection with upsells for the event then changes only have to be done 1 time and there can be made use of the list and order in shopify instead of creating a separate list.

Cancel booking outside of subscription coverage

Feature request: Auto-cancel future bookings when subscription ends Current behavior (as confirmed by support) A customer with an active subscription can book events. If they cancel the subscription afterwards, any bookings already made remain confirmed. The prepaid package/subscription only controls the ability to book, not the removal of future bookings. Requested behavior When a customer’s subscription for a specific product/package ends (canceled or expires), all future bookings linked to that subscription should be automatically canceled. Detailed requirement Trigger Event: subscription status changes to canceled, expired, or payment failed (not recovered). This should work ideally through: Native app logic or Integration with Shopify Flow webhook/events (when available to apps like yours). Scope of cancellation Find all upcoming bookings for that customer that: Are associated with the subscription/package that just ended, and Have a start date on or after the subscription end date (or cancellation effective date). Those bookings should be: Marked as canceled in Easy Appointment Booking, and Freed up in the calendar. What should not happen Past bookings are untouched. Bookings that occur before the subscription end date stay valid. Optional but very useful Send an automatic email notification to: The customer: list of bookings that were canceled because the subscription ended. The merchant/admin: summary of which customer and how many sessions were canceled. Ideally expose a setting in the app: Toggle: Auto-cancel future bookings when subscription ends: ON/OFF. Example scenario (same as I explained in chat) Client subscribes on 1st of the month. On 25th, they book a session on 15th of next month. Then they cancel their subscription. Current behavior: The booking on the 15th of next month stays confirmed. Requested behavior: When the subscription is canceled/ends, the system automatically finds that 15th booking and cancels it, because it falls after the subscription end date.

Synced Calendars should reject double bookings from EAB

Use Case: Top Chef Teaches Cooking. They can either teach Chinese cooking, or Indian cooking. In either case they have a class limit of 12. Availability 1 - Indian Kitchen Availability 2 - Chinese Kitchen Event 1, Indian Cookery requires an Indian Kitchen Setup Event 2, Chinese Cookery requires a Chinese Kitchen Setup Each should be bookable up to the maximum number, but they can't teach both at the same time. It seems to me that this should be solvable by simply adding a Top Chef calendar to both availabilities, and this is how I would have expected it to work. Current Behaviour: Top Chef can book out their calendar (eg for Top Chef Date Night With Their Beautiful Partner), and this prevents EAB from booking an appointment into that slot. The first EAB appointment in any particular slot is bookable as it should be, however an appointment attached to a different availability can also be booked into that slot on the calendar.
