One of our events is a cake-decorating party. I would pay extra to have EAP automatically pull info from the event's intake questions, auto fill a branded invitation, and attach that invitation to the booking confirmation email as a PDF/png that customer can download and send to their guests. This would be valuable to the customer, while allowing us to convey important info about parties at Cake Hoopla and promote our brand.
Client is able to answer intake questions, alongside choose their ideal time. Rather than automatic booking, can we make this a request, with booking confirmed manually?
Some of our events require sending different information to customers ahead of the event they have booked and feedback emails link to different feedback forms. Can you produce more email templates that can be used for different events
As a boutique fitness studio using Easy Appointment Booking on Shopify, our ability to scale is currently capped by a lack of integration with major fitness aggregators (Urban Sports Club, classpass).
Currently, fitness aggregators require partners to use software that supports their API to:
Sync Schedules: Automatically display our class times and availability on their platform.
Manage Bookings: Allow their members to book spots in our classes directly through their app.
Validate Check-ins: Ensure seamless member verification upon arrival.
Without this integration, we are forced to either manage two separate schedules manually (which leads to overbooking) or switch to a competitor's booking software plus switch to something different than shopify. For a gym with limited marketing resources, missing out on the USC/OneFit user base is a significant existential disadvantage.
The "Fitness & Wellness" vertical on Shopify is growing rapidly. Many studios prefer staying within the Shopify ecosystem for their POS and merchandise but are forced to leave for specialized platforms (like Mindbody or Eversports) solely because of these aggregator integrations. Adding this feature would make your app the go-to solution for Shopify-based gyms in the EU and beyond.
Enable the option to download daily bookings directly into a table formatted Excel file that mirrors the layout of the Booking Summary table. While a CSV export is currently available, having an Excel file with the same structure as the table would make data manipulation and printing much easier.
Add a tag or visual indicator in the booking table to highlight new bookings made within the last 24 hours. It would also be helpful to see the exact time each booking was made.
I have a product setup on Shopify with inventory from multiple locations.
This product is linked to an upsell on multiple events (different locations).
Request: Inventory from the upsell product should be deducted from the appropriate location
The only way to do this at the moment is for the merchant to cancel the Shopify Order and refund the customer. EAB has a feature to cancel the package but it is not associated with a refund.
I would like to create an availability that has a 12 hr buffer but once there is a booking made to the time slot, that buffer time would default to 15 mins. This would allow me to have the time slot available but plan for staffing it in advance.
I would like to be able to create a package that's built around time we have a 70 hour Doggie Day Care Package and I'd like to be able to let our customers book online and count the hours down automatically but I would like it to have an additional feature for we can allocate double hours for example if our customers come before opening hours which is normally 10 to 6 if they come at 9 am, we take double the hours. Then they can be sent an update of how many hours they have left per week and then prompting them to buy a new package when they get down to their final five hours this would be amazing. Also another feature would be if we can set up public holidays at double time as well.
We offer about 20 cake-decorating kits in our Open Studio Time collection. Right now, customers have to complete the entire booking process separately for each kit they want to decorate, which causes a lot of confusion. Ideally, we want customers to pick their date and time once and go through a single booking flow when purchasing multiple kits in the same collection.
In conjunction with the Address Validation function should be the ability to set Service Areas and conditions for working outside of a set Service Area.
Think: SERVICE AREA HEAT MAPPING
EXAMPLE:
I operate a mobile service-based business in the Northern region of a city's metro area.
I am able to service the 4 counties within the closest proximity to my location before the travel time requirement makes my service pricing obsolete.
There are 12 counties across my whole region that I would like to service, or would like to assign employees or contractors to service.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• SERVICE AREA VALIDATION OPTIONS
I would like the ability to set service area based on:
1) General Proximity: A service area based on the distance / proximity from a location point / address that I choose.
2) County: A service area based on a set of State Counties that I choose.
3) Zip Code: A service area based on a set of Zip Codes that I choose.
+ An option to set additional distance / proximity to County & Zip Code service areas.
• FUNCTIONALITY OPTIONS
These function options would allow me to create additional logic to my Service Area Validation Options:
1) Service Area Blocking:
- The ability to block services from being booked outside of my selected Service Area.
- The client attempting to book the service would see an error message: Either a standard error message, OR a message that I can customize, such as a prompt for the client to email or call my business to book or for more information.
2) Service Area Up-charging:
- The ability to set service / travel fees that automatically apply based on proximity to a set service area.
- This should be able to be set based on General Proximity, County, or Zip Code.
- The ability to set multiple proximity zones and assign additional "Service Fees" associated with each. This would allow for a business to charge appropriately for travel time, if they desire.
3) Multiple Service Hubs:
- The ability to add multiple service hub locations, with their own individual Service Area Validation Options and Functionalities; This could be for a business with multiple locations, in based on locations of employees or contractors who service certain locations or regions.
For the upsell products it might be more robust and user friendly to use collections instead of individual products for the upsells.
When changing anything related to upsells that are used in multiple events you're required to manually change it for every event. This is repetitive and prone to errors where one uses a different order or forgets to add a product. If for each event you can select a collection with upsells for the event then changes only have to be done 1 time and there can be made use of the list and order in shopify instead of creating a separate list.
A customer booked an appointment for 8 attendees when it should have been for 1 attendee.
It would be much easier if EAB incorporated the automatic refund as I am rescheduling the booking and changing the number of attendees from 8 to 1 in that flow.
A button that can be displayed on the website with different appointment types tied into it. Whichever available appointment is up next will display on the button and can be clicked on to open up that appointments schedule. This could be advantageous to fill last minute bookings.
When we have to reschedule a booking but they don't reschedule immediately our only option is to cancel it. Although once we rebook this person, it doesn't show up in the upcoming bookings, it remains in the cancelled section so the team get a surprise participant

Feature request: Auto-cancel future bookings when subscription ends
Current behavior (as confirmed by support)
A customer with an active subscription can book events.
If they cancel the subscription afterwards, any bookings already made remain confirmed.
The prepaid package/subscription only controls the ability to book, not the removal of future bookings.
Requested behavior
When a customer’s subscription for a specific product/package ends (canceled or expires), all future bookings linked to that subscription should be automatically canceled.
Detailed requirement
Trigger
Event: subscription status changes to canceled, expired, or payment failed (not recovered).
This should work ideally through:
Native app logic or
Integration with Shopify Flow webhook/events (when available to apps like yours).
Scope of cancellation
Find all upcoming bookings for that customer that:
Are associated with the subscription/package that just ended, and
Have a start date on or after the subscription end date (or cancellation effective date).
Those bookings should be:
Marked as canceled in Easy Appointment Booking, and
Freed up in the calendar.
What should not happen
Past bookings are untouched.
Bookings that occur before the subscription end date stay valid.
Optional but very useful
Send an automatic email notification to:
The customer: list of bookings that were canceled because the subscription ended.
The merchant/admin: summary of which customer and how many sessions were canceled.
Ideally expose a setting in the app:
Toggle: Auto-cancel future bookings when subscription ends: ON/OFF.
Example scenario (same as I explained in chat)
Client subscribes on 1st of the month.
On 25th, they book a session on 15th of next month.
Then they cancel their subscription.
Current behavior:
The booking on the 15th of next month stays confirmed.
Requested behavior:
When the subscription is canceled/ends, the system automatically finds that 15th booking and cancels it, because it falls after the subscription end date.
I have events where the timezone is locked and the waitlist is enabled. When customers submit the waitlist form, the timezone should be what I specified from the Edit event page (instead of the customer's timezone)

Allow customers to reschedule and cancel should be an overall setting not a setting for specific events. I don't want to go into every event just to turn this off or on each time. It would be nice to have a button in the overall setting section.
Use Case:
Top Chef Teaches Cooking. They can either teach Chinese cooking, or Indian cooking. In either case they have a class limit of 12.
Availability 1 - Indian Kitchen
Availability 2 - Chinese Kitchen
Event 1, Indian Cookery requires an Indian Kitchen Setup
Event 2, Chinese Cookery requires a Chinese Kitchen Setup
Each should be bookable up to the maximum number, but they can't teach both at the same time.
It seems to me that this should be solvable by simply adding a Top Chef calendar to both availabilities, and this is how I would have expected it to work.
Current Behaviour:
Top Chef can book out their calendar (eg for Top Chef Date Night With Their Beautiful Partner), and this prevents EAB from booking an appointment into that slot.
The first EAB appointment in any particular slot is bookable as it should be, however an appointment attached to a different availability can also be booked into that slot on the calendar.
With Zoom’s recent update, a password is now required for all meetings. Currently, there’s no way to automatically include a unique password for each Zoom link. It would be great to have a feature that allows the Zoom meeting link to automatically include the password for easier access.
When a customer reschedules an event and choses a new staff member, the employee that the client booked with in the first place doesn't receive a cancel notification. There is actually no way to inform the initial availability that his booking has been attributed to another person.
Any way to add "add-on" or Upsell products with the Partial Payment enabled. Where the Partial Payment takes from the Product, and then any selected upsell products gets added to the subtotal (and not included within the partial payment).
Example: Product A - $100 with partial payment of 20%. ($20 deposit).
Selected Add On - $15
Total: $35
I would like to have the option to automatically reload the Text/SMS Notifications Add-on. It ran out of messages, and we started getting calls to verify the bookings.
Customers occasionally want longer or shorter bookings than the duration established in the settings for an event (in our case, parties). While we can create custom start times, we also need to create custom durations to accommodate these bookings.
I've made several messed up events that I could fix if we were allowed to change to associated product. I also would love to just delete the events I messed up, not archive them.
Be able to integrate customer's intake question responses or video links as variables into SMS, directly within the Easy Appointment Booking app rather than having to go through Klaviyo (some brands sell products that don't allow them to send SMS via Klaviyo).
A List View for Customers to see all of our appointments throughout the day. We currently have different session types (products) which can't all display on the same calendar. We would like some sort of option to display every session within a day instead of having a button for every session type.
This is currently supported in the calendar view, however, I use the list view with multiple date overrides for events and this would make it easier for customers
Enter your pincode to check if service is available in your area.
Click the button to use your current location.
Your pincode will help us verify availability.
The Quantity label name and field will show or not, depending on whether there is >1 of what is to be booked. It would be great if we could specify what the item to be booked is. Maybe Quantity is the default, but it could be changed to People, Tables, Rooms, etc. That will make it easier for the staff to input the correct number. For example, we have tables that seat between 1 and 4 people, and the staff was getting confused on whether the quantity was people or one table, leading to the overbooking of tables.
When using the Team Portal on an iPad, it keeps kicking me out when using the pinned app.
Solution: Continue to be logged into the Team Portal when accessing it via the pinned app
Please add the ability to connect two-way syncing with Microsoft 365 Calendar and Microsoft Teams for virtual appointments. I include them both in one post because if you use one of these, you probably use the other.
I'd like the ability to pull the availability phone number directly into the email notification as a variable. This will give the telephone number for availability on the email, making it easy for guests to call.
Please add to the Settings > Storefront Calendar Available Date Color and Calendar Selected Date Color a hover color. Currently the hover color is the default blue.
