Show a "Paid" identifier in booking view of bookings paid successfully.

Instead of having to click into each booking to see the paid status, it would be helpful to have a column, colour or some type of identifier/icon of which bookings have been paid for in the bookings view. Perhaps adding another column in the list view, or having them highlighted in a colour when they are paid or unpaid. This would be helpful for the staff workflow of making sure appointments are paid for successfully.

Each booked attendee to be deducted from a subscription limit (to set payment for attendee rather than payment for a bo…

Original Canny title: Each booked attendee to be deducted from a subscription limit (to set payment for attendee rather than payment for a booking) We are setting a reservation system for a child group. We have multiple attendee activity and need a parent to book for e.g 1 child/attendee or 2 children/attendees. When a subscription is sold with a limited number of booking (e.g. 20) for an activity with e.g. 10 max attendees, we need that the 20 limit applies on number of attendees rather than on number of booked timeslots. Current feature: subscription for 20 bookings (for an activity available to 10 attendees) allows one subscriber to book 20 timeslots for up to 10 attendees each. Hence the subscriber pays for 20 bookings (and we expect 20 time slots with 1 attendee - the price of the subscription is set accordingly), but the system allows to book up to 200 attendees (subscription limit multiplied by attendee limit). Request: to match subscriptions limit with number of maximum of attendees available for the subscriber. Practical use: Via subscription, a parent with e.g. 2 children would pay for 20 entrances to an activity and could "consume" these 20 entrances (attendees) in selected time slots (e.g. could book activity 20 times for 1 attendee or 10 times for 2 attendees). Hence the system would allow to set a price per attendee rather than per number of time slots. [ALTERNATIVE/WORKAROUND REQUEST: to set a maximal limit of attendees for each booking/timeslot in a multiple attendee activity - this would ensure that one booking in a subscription = one paid attendee (the app allows booking of the same timeslot, hence the parent with 2 children would need to book for the same time slot twice in which case the subscription limit is correctly deducted by 2 bookings)].

Use Variables In Email Subject

Would be ideal to utilize variables in email subjects for notifications to customers and team members. Customers may book several appointments at once. Currently, the email subjects are identical, so the recipients can't tell which email relates to which appointment without opening the email. It would be useful to add variables to the subject for easy identification. An ideal subject for a customer may be: Appointment Weight Training Aug 1 3:00pm with Coach Adam And an ideal subject for a team member may be: Weight Training Aug 1 3:00pm - Jane Doe In both cases, the event name, date, start time, and names are variables. This would be a great help for customers and team members.

In-app Notifications

In-app notifications regarding new bookings, rescheduled bookings or cancelled bookings will be helpful, as not all team members have access to the email at all times. We have our own shared calendar outside of Shopify, and having to trace and track each booking email can be quite messy and even confusing at times (we may even miss certain ones). Rather than email notifications, in-app notifications can be accessed better and more easier for all admins.

Original Canny title: Include customer's contact information (name, email, and phone number) and responses to all intake questions in appointment notification emails Please include customer's contact information (name, email, and phone number), along with their responses to all intake questions, in appointment notification emails sent to Easy Appointment Booking app users. This information is vitally important to all users of the EAB app who need to contact customers before or after their appointments. Having to look up customer's contact information through the EAB app in Shopify is cumbersome and time-consuming. It would be much better and more user-friendly for EAB users to receive all our customers' information all in one email. Thanks!
