Upgrading your plan gives you access to more services and features immediately — no reinstall required. The process takes about a minute and goes through Shopify's standard billing flow.
How to upgrade
- In the app, click Pricing in the left navigation (or go to Settings > Billing).
- At the top of the pricing page, choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Review the price summary in the confirmation dialog — this shows exactly what you'll be charged and when.
- Click Continue to checkout — you'll be redirected to Shopify to confirm the charge.
- Confirm on the Shopify page — you're instantly upgraded and taken back to the app.
New features unlock the moment Shopify confirms the charge. There's nothing else to do.
Annual billing saves approximately 30% compared to paying month-to-month. If you know you'll use the app long-term, switching to annual on the upgrade screen is an easy way to cut costs.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, enter it on the pricing page before clicking Upgrade. Promo codes apply a credit to your first month and are not available on annual plans. The credit appears in your Shopify account after the subscription activates — you'll see it reflected on your next Shopify invoice.
Promo codes must be entered before you click Upgrade. Once the subscription is active, a code can't be applied retroactively.
What happens to your existing data
Upgrading never removes or resets anything. Your services, bookings, availability schedules, and notification settings are all preserved. You simply gain access to the additional features included in your new plan.
How billing works when you upgrade mid-cycle
Shopify handles pro-rating automatically. If you upgrade partway through a billing period, Shopify charges a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in that period at the new plan's rate. Your next full billing cycle then starts at the higher plan's price.
You don't need to calculate anything — the exact amount is shown on the Shopify confirmation screen before you approve.
