The 7-day free trial
When you choose a paid plan, you are not charged for the first 7 days. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. The charge shows on your Shopify bill, like any other app.
Shopify Plus stores: 14 days of Ultimate
If your store is on Shopify Plus when you install the app, you start on Ultimate, free for 14 days. There is nothing to choose and no card to enter. A banner shows how many days are left.
When the 14 days end:
- If you chose a plan, it continues.
- If you did not, your store moves to the Free plan. Your bookings and settings are kept, but paid features stop. Team Portal logins, custom email designs, and calendar connections are removed.
Each store gets this trial once. Uninstalling and installing again does not start a new one. Stores that installed before this trial started do not get it.
Use the 14 days to try the features you are interested in, such as Klaviyo or the Team Portal, early on.
How billing works
Shopify bills you for the app, on the same bill as your other apps. Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Yearly plans renew once a year. When you change plans, Shopify adjusts the charge for you.
