Event Bundles and Subscriptions

Event bundles let customers pay once for several bookings. They can make the first booking when they purchase the bundle and redeem the remaining appointments later through a personalized booking link.
Bundles and packages are different
Both features sell multiple sessions up front, but the booking flow is different:
| Feature | Customer books | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Bundle | The first session at purchase, then the remaining sessions later | A 10-class pass where the customer wants to reserve the first class immediately |
| Package | All sessions later from a purchased balance | A block of services where the customer does not need to choose a first date |
See Prepaid Packages for the package workflow.
Create a bundle event
- Create or choose the Shopify product that will represent the bundle.
- In Easy Appointment Booking, go to Dashboard and click Create a new event.
- Select the product.
- Choose Subscription Events.
- Set the subscription size — the number of bookings the customer can redeem.
- Save the event.
You can allow an unlimited number of redemptions for a season-pass style offering.
Offer a single booking and a bundle from one product
Use Shopify product variants when customers should choose between a regular booking and a bundle:
- Create a Single variant and connect it to a regular event.
- Create a Pack of 6 variant and connect it to a subscription event with a size of 6.
- Make the variant name and subscription size match so the offer is clear at checkout.
What customers experience
- The customer selects a time for the first booking.
- The app explains that the additional bookings can be scheduled after purchase.
- The customer completes Shopify checkout.
- The customer receives a confirmation email with a personalized link to book the remaining sessions.
- Each time they use the link, the app loads current availability and deducts one redemption from the bundle.
The customer can see their existing bundle bookings and remaining redemptions from the personalized booking portal.
Manage bundle bookings
Subscription events appear on the dashboard with a subscription badge. Their bookings appear in the Bookings tab with the same badge. Open a bundle booking to see how many redemptions have been used and the link the customer can use to book again.
Cancellation and reschedule cutoffs also apply to bookings made from a bundle. Check those settings before publishing a bundle offer.
