Show How Many Spots Are Left

For classes, tours, and other group services, you can show how many places are left in each time slot. For example, a class for 10 people with 7 booked shows 3 / 10 available.

Turn it on#

1. Click Settings in the app menu, then Storefront Settings.
2. Go to the Time slot display section.
3. Check Show remaining spots for each timeslot.
4. Click Save in the bar at the top of the page.

The number counts people, not bookings. If a group of 4 books a class for 10, it shows 6 left.

Keep full times on the calendar#

By default, a full time slot disappears. To keep it on the calendar, marked as unavailable, check Show sold-out timeslots as unavailable in the same section. Customers then see that the time exists but is full.

Change the wording#

The default is "3 / 10 available". To change it:

1. Go to Settings > Text & Language.
2. In Text Customization, search for Spots available in a timeslot.
3. Type your wording. Use {{{available}}} for the places left and {{{total}}} for the total.
4. Click Save.
