In the Agenda view - instead of the bookings showing up as a list, have a weekly calendar view, so that an admin could see the details of each different staff's appointments for the week and the openings for where they are available or don't have appointments booked. Right now it only shows the bookings, it doesn't show where there are openings easily for appointments.
When creating an event subscription, allow us to set an arbitrary high number of bookings (and show it as unlimited to the customer).
(ex: I offer a season pass where a customer can make unlimited bookings for the duration of the season)
It would be great when making an edit that is the same for many events if there was a way to bulk edit them, as opposed to having to click into each specific event. It's a bit cumbersome to go into each one, make the edit, go back to the dashboard, and then click into the next event (especially when there are 30+ events set up)
If it is possible could you please create the functionality for PDF files to be sent in the automated email responses when customers make a booking for an online event. The online event I am hosting requires additional information to be sent to the customer in the form of PDF files and although the product in shopify has these PDF files attached to them, they are not being forward to the customer in the usual way that a digital file attachment would when purchasing a digital product.
Please let me know if team can do the two additional upgrades:
1- auto populate emails or names when searching customers
2- alphabetical customers so that when you search it’s easy to find someone especially bc we will by year time have alot of customers
I would like to have a checkbox that shows 50% busy 75% busy 90% busy as a scarcity tactic in settings. This will help you look more busy than normal so that way it helps increase bookings, as customers will think they will miss out if they come back later and try to book.
If you have an appointment with many customers attending the same appointment, the Google Calendar only show the custom fields for at single customer and not the custom fields for all of the customers. It would be a great help if the appointment in the Google Calendar shows all the customers answers to custom fields attending the same appointment.
Like the other languages available in the language tab, it would be nice to be able to select danish, since our business operate only in denmark atm.
It's simular to swedish so it should be super easy to add.
Seems silly we can't create a booking on the bookings section. A 'Create Booking' button so we can filter/search for the booking we need to create would be handy to have.
Hi team! It would be incredibly useful to be able to create a unique thank you email depending on the class the student attended.
i.e. When they book in for Class X I want to email them saying "Thank you for booking in Class X! In this session we learnt [this], if you book in for Class Y you'll learn [this]..."
Thank you!
For some reason, the channel that allows you to request a new message between support staff and a help request is no longer available. I can't create a new topic. I've tried to message to one of the two older ones I have open but it seems there's no response on that one.
Why isn't there just a "new message" button in the help?
Currently it’s below the recent appointment block would be great to have the option to move review block to the top. Also is there a way to segment based on location or add multiple review buttons to allow them to choose which location to review?
looking for customers to purchase a bundle that automatically books them into all multipl pre-defined session dates at the time of purchase, rather than purchasing credits/packages and redeeming the sessions later
A class can have a variant "Single (one booking spot / $20)" and Couple (two booking spots / $30) , and based on the variant selected on the product page, the correct amount of spots is deducted of the max attendees per class.
Wouldn’t it be great to view the whole month in the availability view instead of only individual days?
Our previous booking system, Rezdy, had a feature that allowed us to see which specific dates in the month were available and how many customers we could accommodate in different time slots.
Hi, for packages, it would be great if customers could book recurring appointments at the same time (weekly, monthly, etc) rather than booking all of the appointments in their package individually.
We would love the functionality to set a of maximum bookings.
We have a venue with 16 seats, across 4 different tables.
We need to set availability at 16 seats, which is how many guests we can accommodate, but would like to set limits of 8 for example.
Offsite events, we want to host dinners in other locations with a maximum number of guests, while limiting how many tickets are available per person.
Customers should be able to cancel their appointment with their package up to the appointment start time, however there should be a cut-off time for them to receive the credit back if they cancel.
We run a busy charity lido, with several slots a day and lots of families. We want people to be able to select a date and time, then add participants, eg adult, under 3, spectator etc. As it stands they'd have to select adult, then go through to the calendar and add to basket, then go back, select child, then calendar again, etc etc.
We need to be able to utilise the upsells easily and with the current set up we cant. As there is no way to see from looking at the booking list who has / hasn't added on an upsell product. It cannot even be worked out from the price paid shown on the bookings page - as this only shows the price of the event - not the price they have paid for the vet and the upsell. Event just a dot on the order that have an upsell on would work - just anything that tells the staff managing the bookings - You need to look further into this one.
We charge for appointments. Sometimes a customer will cancel the appointment but they want to reschedule at a later date. But they haven't decided when yet! From the shop's perspective, we want to cancel that appointment asap so someone else can book it. But if we cancel it the appointment, we lose the ability to reschedule at a later date. If we create a new appointment as an admin, we lose the custom data that was originally submitted by the customer. And if that customer were to go back and reregister through our website, they would have to pay for another appointment.
For our workflow, a view-only availability calendar would be extremely helpful. Since we now sell packages first and customers book their appointment afterwards via the redemption link, many customers want to see whether appointments are generally available before purchasing.
What would help us a lot is a calendar widget that can be embedded on a page purely for informational purposes, without allowing customers to complete a booking.
Ideally, the widget could work like this:
It shows available time slots.
It does not allow bookings directly from the widget.
It can display availability across multiple calendars that belong to the same location or service (for example all calendars related to one studio or one type of appointment).
This way customers could see that appointments are available (for example which days or time ranges still have open slots), but they would still need to purchase a package first and then book through the redemption link.
Since this feature would be very valuable for our setup, I wanted to ask two things:
Is something like this already possible in a way we might have overlooked?
If not, would it be possible for your team to implement something like this for us?
If it would require custom development, could you let us know what the estimated cost would be?
We would be very interested in using such a feature and would be happy to help test it if needed.
Thank you again for your support.
It's very important that when people are on the calendar feature, they see items in chronological order. Otherwise an evening class may seem to be in the morning. This isn't correct for schedule. It just defies logic.
I have upsells as part of the booking flow. Currently, when customers add an appointment to their cart *and* and upsell and if they don't checkout after 15 minutes, only the appointment is removed and *not* the upsell.
Solution: remove the upsell as well
When a customer reserves a time/date for a party, but doesn't have all the details (i.e., answers to intake questions), they pay a deposit, then we manually collect the details later, usually over the course of several emails. I want to be able to send the customer the current version of the intake questions to mitigate the back-and-forth.
Include a column in the booking overview table that displays all responses to intake questions without requiring users to click the "View" button. Currently, it is time-consuming to repeatedly click the "View" button and manually transcribe responses into an Excel sheet.
Be able to manually book using past dates (for customers who went to the event without booking). For example, a customer has a package but has not booked for the event they attended, admins should be able to manually book it even if the date has passed.
Currently, there is no way to specify limit to each service separately within a single package. That would allow offering a package consisting of 10x Service X and 8x Service Y. Each service can have a different price so it's important not to allow customer to book all 18 sessions of a most expensive product.
I preserve flowers from weddings and events, and would need a booking tool where customers choose date only. no time slots and no numbers of attendees. Would that be possible to arrange? Best regards. Ann-Louise
I`m in need to book multiple resources at the same time within a single appointment.
Specifically, we need customers to book a service that automatically reserves both a room and a staff member (nurse) in the same booking, so that:
the room cannot be double-booked
the staff member cannot be double-booked
both resources are linked to the same appointment
