Attach & email PDF files to customers who make/purchase event bookings

If it is possible could you please create the functionality for PDF files to be sent in the automated email responses when customers make a booking for an online event. The online event I am hosting requires additional information to be sent to the customer in the form of PDF files and although the product in shopify has these PDF files attached to them, they are not being forward to the customer in the usual way that a digital file attachment would when purchasing a digital product.

Google Calendar: Show custom field for all customers attending the same appointment.

If you have an appointment with many customers attending the same appointment, the Google Calendar only show the custom fields for at single customer and not the custom fields for all of the customers. It would be a great help if the appointment in the Google Calendar shows all the customers answers to custom fields attending the same appointment.

Add on (Upsells) - Need to be identifiable on upcoming bookings.

We need to be able to utilise the upsells easily and with the current set up we cant. As there is no way to see from looking at the booking list who has / hasn't added on an upsell product. It cannot even be worked out from the price paid shown on the bookings page - as this only shows the price of the event - not the price they have paid for the vet and the upsell. Event just a dot on the order that have an upsell on would work - just anything that tells the staff managing the bookings - You need to look further into this one.

I would like to be able to edit/reschedule a cancelled appointment.

We charge for appointments. Sometimes a customer will cancel the appointment but they want to reschedule at a later date. But they haven't decided when yet! From the shop's perspective, we want to cancel that appointment asap so someone else can book it. But if we cancel it the appointment, we lose the ability to reschedule at a later date. If we create a new appointment as an admin, we lose the custom data that was originally submitted by the customer. And if that customer were to go back and reregister through our website, they would have to pay for another appointment.

view-only availability calendar

For our workflow, a view-only availability calendar would be extremely helpful. Since we now sell packages first and customers book their appointment afterwards via the redemption link, many customers want to see whether appointments are generally available before purchasing. What would help us a lot is a calendar widget that can be embedded on a page purely for informational purposes, without allowing customers to complete a booking. Ideally, the widget could work like this: It shows available time slots. It does not allow bookings directly from the widget. It can display availability across multiple calendars that belong to the same location or service (for example all calendars related to one studio or one type of appointment). This way customers could see that appointments are available (for example which days or time ranges still have open slots), but they would still need to purchase a package first and then book through the redemption link. Since this feature would be very valuable for our setup, I wanted to ask two things: Is something like this already possible in a way we might have overlooked? If not, would it be possible for your team to implement something like this for us? If it would require custom development, could you let us know what the estimated cost would be? We would be very interested in using such a feature and would be happy to help test it if needed. Thank you again for your support.
