Calendar event naming convention

Adding the name or relevant data of a client or any other pertinent information to a calendar title field serves several important purposes and meets various needs: Clarity and Identification: A calendar title with specific client names or relevant data makes it immediately clear what the event or appointment is about. This helps users quickly identify the purpose of the entry without needing to open it. Organization: Calendar entries can quickly accumulate, and without proper labels, it can become challenging to manage and prioritize them. Including client names or relevant data helps organize events and appointments into meaningful categories, making it easier to manage your schedule. Communication: If you are sharing your calendar with others, such as colleagues or team members, including client names or relevant data in the title allows them to understand the context of your schedule. This can facilitate better communication and coordination within your team. Efficiency: When you have multiple clients or projects, using names or relevant data in the calendar title can help you efficiently allocate time and resources. You can see at a glance how your time is distributed among different clients or tasks. Search and Retrieval: Calendar applications often have search functionalities. Including client names or relevant data in the title makes it easier to search for specific events or appointments related to a particular client or project. Avoid Confusion: Without specific labels, you might encounter confusion when you have similar events or appointments on your calendar. Adding client names or relevant data helps prevent scheduling conflicts and ensures you allocate your time correctly. Professionalism: In a professional setting, using client names or relevant data in the calendar title demonstrates attention to detail and professionalism. It shows that you take your commitments seriously and are well-prepared for meetings or appointments. Documentation: Calendar entries often serve as a form of documentation. When you include client names or relevant data in the title, it provides a record of past events and interactions, which can be valuable for tracking progress and maintaining a history of client interactions. Prioritization: Having client names or relevant data in the calendar title can help you prioritize your workload effectively. You can easily see which appointments or tasks are related to high-priority clients or projects. In summary, adding the name or relevant data of a client or any other pertinent information to a calendar title field is essential for clarity, organization, communication, efficiency, and professionalism. It helps streamline your scheduling process and ensures that you can effectively manage your time and commitments, especially when dealing with multiple clients or projects.

Change number of attendees when rescheduling bookings

I've had a couple of sessions where people have booked in for X amount of people and have then either reduced or increased the number of people they'd like to send. Currently there's no way to edit their original booking to comply with this. Not necessarily a problem if they're adding people (I can just create a new booking for the extra people), however it becomes an issue when they're removing attendees and I'd like to free up those spaces for new people to join the class.
