3 commentsIf possible, it would be great to be able to customise the text on the waitlist email. Just a few simple edits to the text. Some of the words such as "session" are a little too generic for my business. It would be fab to also place a logo at the top. Thanks!

4 commentsSo that customers don't have to select it. For example, I'd like to use Easy appointment for the confirmation emails going out to people who RSVP for a one-day holiday party that I'm hosting.

5 commentsI use the app for my students to reserve classes with me. It would be great if there could be a way to view the booking history of different students.

8 commentsIs it possible to create a thank you page after booking an event? This would allow you to track the number of conversions using a pixel.

9 commentsI would like to have different guest availability for different days. For example Mon-Sat I can take up to 12 guests but on Sunday I can only take 6. Being able to limit the availability per day would be nice rather than per event.

5 comments- If the custom field is a free form, the integration with Google Maps would ensure that the address the customer is entering is correct and there are no typos - Possibility to pick the closest location from the customer

3 commentsPlease make it possible to select a time when adding the event item to the cart through Shopify POS so we can take payment and create the booking all at once.

0 commentsAs of now, clients on a waiting list do not receive an automatic email when there is a cancellation, the admin needs to manually send it. All clients on a waiting list for an event should receive an automatic email as soon as there is a cancellation. Thank you.

1 commentRight now when you hit select an event and then put in the customer info, if the customer changes their mind and wants to do a different event the customer info disappears. We have clients regularly deciding between two events it would be great if we could swap events and not loose all their information every time. Small change but would just make booking so much smoother.

0 commentsOriginal Canny title: Two event availabilities shown in one booking calendar to point people to another event that is available on the same day We currently have two different types of tours running on the same day. At present, if one tour type is fully booked, the date appears unavailable in the calendar, even though another tour on the same day may still have availability. We would like the existing booking calendar widget (not a separate calendar) to better handle multiple event types and communicate availability more clearly. Requested changes: Multiple availability handling If one tour is fully booked but another tour on the same day still has availability, the date should not appear completely unavailable. Users should clearly see that an alternative tour is available. Clear referral to alternative product If a selected tour is fully booked, users should be shown a clear message stating “Fully booked” (instead of “No timeslots left”). Beneath this message, there should be a clear link directing users to the alternative available tour on that same date (for example: “View available afternoon tour”). Ideally, this link should take users directly to the relevant product page. Calendar visual distinction Dates that are entirely unavailable (no tours available at all) should be visually distinct. The current greyed-out styling blends too closely with the rest of the calendar. Fully unavailable dates should use a clearly differentiated colour or styling so users can easily distinguish between: Fully unavailable dates Partially available dates (one event available, one fully booked) Fully available dates When you click on a day, timeslots appear on the right for both events, the secondary event is highlighted in the same colour as the on the calendar and labelled as the other event The goal is to reduce booking drop-off and make alternative availability immediately visible within the same booking flow, rather than requiring users to navigate elsewhere or assume the day is fully booked.

0 commentsWe use the Calendar for more then just booking. We want customers to see all the classes even if full. Right now when a class is full, it comes off the calendar. We don't want it to come off.

0 commentsMost products I want to upsell have multiple variants. Currently, all the variants are grouped into one dropdown menu, resulting in too many combos. Customers should be able to select from separate dropdown menus which variants of the upsell product they would like to purchase.

1 commentI frequently add new events and want them all to appear on the monthly multi-event calendar (which is linked to widgets from the Settings tab > Marketing). It would be much easier if new events are automatically added to the monthly multi-event calendar, rather than me doing it manually each time.

0 commentsWe would like to add the inclusion of any upsells to our booking confirmation and booking reminder emails, to avoid any customer confusion.

0 commentsWe use this for events that have only one time slot. When all the "tickets" are sold out it would be nice for the main "booking" button on the page to grey out or say "SOLD OUT" so people don't click in to the booking calendar just to be disappointed.

2 commentsI am using the plugin on a new site for a client that has monthly classes, each class has a different theme, and needs a different event and product. Would love some way to automatically remove the product from the front-end on the day of the last class to prevent any confusion and accidental booking of past events. Also would prevent my client from having to manually remove them, as their current/old website automatically removes them.

1 commentWe host pottery classes and in order to use this app we need the functionality to manually trigger a "pickup-notification" to all attendees of a certain event, that their pottery has been fired and is ready to pick up. The automatic notification right after the event would not work and the tima after can vary, therefor it needs to be manually triggered.

1 commentA calendar that customers can book sessions from. The current calendar lets them choose a session then just redirects to the product page where they have to click again to get the availability up. Ideally, an interactive calendar would be customisable, with colours / images. Customers could view a week at a time and see all slots. When hovering over a slot they can then view more info (product page) or book the slot. I've attached a couple of mock ups from the timetable we use on our website. It would be useful to show sold out slots too, perhaps with a wait list option when hovering.

9 commentsIt would be extremely handy to be able to automate this whole process. So the customer can pay a deposit to secure their service (already a great feature) but to make it even better a setting to allow you to select a certain number of days before hand for the event their card is automatically charged. Taking away the need to manually be following these bookings and sending the invoice manually.

1 commentContext: Oftentimes, I have to cancel appointments due to weather. These are single appointments customers purchased (not packages/subscriptions). When I cancel the appointment, the customer has to purchase another appointment again. Ideal flow: In the cancellation email, there is a link from EAB to reschedule their appointment.

1 commentFor example: Guest answer question 1; are you male --> Yes All next question are male Quest answer question 1; are you male --> No Skip all male questions and show female questions So a different flow depending on the answer

1 commentOffer a way of creating date specific pricing for services. Either a programmed discount for a set of days or ability to have uniquely priced variants available based on the date of the experience being booked. The idea being that prices/discounts are pre-set automatically by date booked rather than the customer having to choose a differently named variant. So prices are not based on which day a customer is making the booking but rather on the day they are booking for the service/experience. This could allow service providers to make slower days or weeks more appealing to customers. Kind of like when you are booking accommodations and you can see the calendar with the different prices on different days.

1 commentWe're using the order id variable which wouldn't be as helpful as using the order #.

2 commentsOur business takes deposits for bookings to deter no-shows and late cancellations, but we really wish the booking app would take card information and only charge if the customer no-shows or cancels with less than 24hrs notice. As things stand, customers complete two transactions (one when checking out online for a deposit for their appointment) and again when they fully check out in person. This results in our business spending extra in transaction fees (mainly in the +$0.30/transaction). While $0.30 seems small, it adds up with hundreds/thousands of customers. This could be a huge savings to our business, but the deposit has significantly decreased our no-show rate.

4 commentsAfter an event, it would be great if we could add a link to review. Currently, the process is tricky as the email editing can be cumbersome. Ideally, there is a place to add a link and a button that asks the customer to "Leave a Review"

2 commentsIf the speedy checkout setting is enabled, once the customer clicks on 'Add To Cart', it should take them directly to the 'Checkout' page, and they shouldn't need to click on 'Checkout'

2 commentsneed to be able to insert images in custom field. I run workshops and I need the attendees to be able to see the image they selected during the checkout process to confirm it is the right design choice that they want.

0 commentsWhen rescheduling bookings there is no indication if the rescheduled booking would create a conflict with an existing booking or a blackout. Please give us a warning or not allow us to double book a rescheduled appointment.

2 commentsWe'd love a way to edit the customers contact information after the booking (example = I can't add or update the customers name, email or phone in the Easy Appt App once the booking is in place). Same with the Shopify Order if added separately.

5 commentsSimilar to how we can allow customers to book X time in advance, only allow bookings up to X days in the future (ie. 30 days)

2 commentsHello, I wanted to submit a feature request for appointment scheduling. It would be really helpful if appointments could have a maximum duration rather than a fixed duration. For example, a service might normally last up to 2 hours, but if a customer books close to the end of business hours, the appointment would automatically end at closing time instead of preventing the booking or extending beyond operating hours. Example: Business hours: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Standard appointment length: up to 2 hours Customer books at 4:30 PM Booking is confirmed for 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM This would allow businesses to make use of otherwise unavailable time near closing while still respecting operating hours. Is this something that's currently supported, or would it be possible to consider adding in the future? Thank you!

1 commentI would like to be able to search ALL bookings made, not just "upcoming" or "last 30 days" etc. It would be helpful to be able to quickly search for bookings without having to think about where to find it. Right now there's no way to pull up a customer name or booking quickly without knowing the date their booking was made if it was over 30 days ago.
